EZ Loader TMS Insider - August 2025

Welcome to the EZLoader TMS insider, the place to find all new updates and information about our TMS! We've provided a quick broker's guide to new features and updates to be looking forward to within EZ Loader.

EZ Loader TMS releases a new integration with Highway Connect. Automatically import onboarded carriers from the Highway platform, stay up to date with insurance and compliance information and quickly view Highway advanced carrier data with direct link access.

Carrier Block List

• Block specific carriers from being used on a customer’s loads
• Automatically prevent carrier assignment with a clear pop-up message
• Manage each customer’s list individually, based on their preferences and past experiences
• Use alongside global “Do Not Use” status that blocks carriers across all customers

Updated Load List

We’re updating the My Loads page with faster performance, improved filters, and a cleaner layout to help you manage shipments more efficiently.

Trucker Tools Automation

Trucker Tools automation streamlines freight tracking and carrier communications, reducing manual check calls and improving real-time visibility.

Hot Keys:  Hot Keys provides quick an easy controls to help the user navigate EZLoader faster and more efficient! Press the "?" key to open shortcuts on any screen in EZ Loader.

Send a PDF Rate Confirmation: The User now has the option to send a PDF version of a Rate Confirmation within a Load in EZLoader.

Requirements to put a carrier on a load:

• Must have up to date Cargo and Liability Insurance Status.
• Must be in EZLoaders "Active" Status.
• Must have a Carrier Agreement on File
