Steven Smith

Steven graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and started his career in sales and quickly found success in both insurance and printer sales before landing on logistics. As most entrepreneurs do, Steven decided he wanted to create his own business and approached Brendon Wilson in 2008 to open Logistics Made Simple. Steven leveraged his expertise in sales to quickly land business in their first year. His methodical approach, combined with his discipline, helped LMS grow. Steven became instrumental in teaching and creating sales programs for every broker. In 2012, Steven was spearheading the company's TMS development precisely as he began to see pitfalls among the current offerings for brokers. This development continued inside the business until 2019 when the brokerage was purchased. Steven and Brendon continued on their TMS journey taking EZ Loader TMS to the market with a vision to help other brokerages grow with a reliable and proven TMS that helped them scale.
